Yaffa is passionate about massage, healing and meeting the needs of each client She has over 30 years experience in therapeutic bodywork. Yaffa graduated from The Desert Institute of Massage and Shiatsu in Tucson AZ after completing over 1,000-hour program. She has extensive continuing education in Craniosacral Therapy and Thai Massage and integrates a variety of therapeutic styles in every treatment.
Yaffa is recognized for her unique style of Myofascial Unwinding and specific deep tissue work. She provides a nourishing session and healing atmosphere guided by clinical knowledge, skill and intuition. Yaffa specializes in injury recovery, helping clients to alleviate muscle and nerve pain, increase mobility and decrease referral patterns and tension caused by trauma or Motor Vehicle Accidents. Yaffa’s massages weave a blend of modalities including, Myofascial Release Techniques, Neuro Muscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish Massage, Table Thai, Craniosacral Therapy and more. She enjoys supporting women through their pregnancy with Prenatal massage and also working with children. |
Freeland Williams

As a graduate of two full-length massage school programs encompassing over 1,400 hours of formal training, Freeland has found his calling in pain management and injury recovery. His goal in each session is to affect a positive change which improves the quality of life for his clients. His toolbox is not limited to, but includes various modalities such as Swedish massage, sports massage, deep tissue work, Trager method, trigger point therapy, holotropic breathwork, myofascial release, and neuromuscular therapy. By using an integrative approach, his wide-ranging skill-set allows for adaptive bodywork that is custom tailored to suit the individual needs of the client; ranging from gentle and relaxing, to deep and invigorating.
Freeland began exploring his path as a healer after receiving his first professional massage at the age of 14, discovering the satisfaction of helping others to achieve physical and mental wellbeing. Hailing from the East Coast, Freeland is an enthusiastic transplant to the Rogue Valley area.
